Good room size and view from the room on the 14th floor. Restaurant and menu very good. Breakfast very good. There was buffet dinner (this was during the carnival) and it was very good and reasonably priced. Staff very helpful, especially reception staff in giving directions and answering questions about Rio. Location close to the Olympic Park, and also close to the BRT public transport station (if you plan to use that).

I have to make special mention of Artur, in the lobby, who provided us with accurate and very effective info when we requested it. The hotel was very comfortable and convenient in every aspect we needed, and the cleaning staff was almost invisible, but very thorough in their work.

I had an exceptional experience with the whole staff, they were very helpfull since the check-in until the check-out. The cost I think it was expensive compared with others hotel in the region, but the staff was very nice. Other thing that I think is not according with the region price is the breakfast price, R$ 57,00 for it, no way...

I didn't have time to go to the pool and use it, but I went to the gym even though there was transport broken. It was super good. I got the room 710 on Courtyard and it was right in front of the lift.

Breakfast was great, the tapioca and omlette chef was wonderful. Everything was wonderful, room service was prompt and the restaurant food was excellent, not one disappointment in a week's stay. The bistro burger, wow, the pasta carbonara, as well. All very very good.
